Sample Requests Samples are £2.75 each which includes p&p (UK only), a maximum of 3 can be ordered. Postage to other destinations will incur an extra charge please email me for costs. For Payments We will send you an invoice through Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque (UK only) please email me for details of where to send it. No samples will be made without receipt of payment
Terms & Conditions of Ordering. Ordering Please contact me by email at helen@elizabethlyalldesigns.co.uk with the following details when ordering: Your name, address, telephone, date of celebration, chosen design, what stationery you require, quantities, & your chosen colour scheme. We will send you an order form for you to check & sign. Once happy please send the form back to us. We will then send you an invoice through Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque (UK only) please email me for details of where to send it A 50% deposit is required for orders over £100 or full payment for orders under £100. Deposits are non-refundable once an order is confirmed. Note the order will not commence if payment is not received .Prices are subject to change without notice, however orders already placed and confirmed will not be affected. Proofs are sent out once the final design is agreed upon. The proof form of agreement will need to be signed and sent back as confirmation of the design and text are correct. If an error is made by us after this then we will exchange free of charge. If the error is found to be your fault an additional charge will be charged. Once a signed proof has been received orders normally take between 4-6 weeks (slightly longer at busier times) however if an order is urgent please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. Completion of Order/Delivery Once an order is complete we will contact you and confirm delivery details and confirm the remaining balance required before despatch, which will include final postage. If there is a delay in despatch we will do our best to keep you informed. We take every care in packaging your items securely however in the event of loss or damage in transit Elizabeth Lyall Designs cannot be held responsible. All our deliveries are sent by either recorded or special delivery requiring a signature on receipt. Normally these carry insurance and can be tracked. Faulty Goods & Returns Any items sent that are faulty we must be contacted within 5 working days of receipt. (Please note as these items are handmade some may vary in appearance or colour this is not deemed faulty). Items must be sent back first and a replacement will be sent out free of charge. Ageing Process Everything ages and the products we use are sourced from various locations, however we accept no responsibility for any effects due to the ageing process that may occur on the products we use. Copyright All our designs, images, wording are protected by copyright and design rights remain the property of Elizabeth Lyall Designs. It is not permitted to copy any part of designs, text, images of Elizabeth Lyall Designs. These are protected under the copyright law. What is copyright?? Copyright exists within the field of creative works for example in hymns, poems, images, design etc. It is illegal to reproduce the works in any form without the permission of the copyright holder. Therefore, if you are wanting to reproduce a text or a hymn say in your stationery whether it be your invitation, order of service etc you will need to make sure you obtain the permission of the copyright holder. You will find details of the copyright holder at the bottom of each hymn's page, although many hymns are now out of copyright due to their age but it is best to check as it is your responsibility as the client for obtaining these permissions. Elizabeth Lyall designs cannot be held responsible for any action brought against them for a breach of third parties copyright. It is your responsibility as the client, to check before any printing is done. Please be aware of this
